Mr. Jay Kinra
Managing Director at PCRE
Jay Kinra is a young entrepreneur and businessman situated in Pune, India. Jay’s foray into Real Estate began in 2005 at his native place Los Altos California where he started his career as a power broker for the best of the best Silicon Valley tech companies like Google’s Top Tier and Brocade Communications Founder Mr. Kumar Malavalli.
In 2008 Jay relocated to Pune India where he became a Director of INC Developers, a Real Estate Construction company within the Amar Builders Group of Companies. Jay was responsible for the overall construction and sales for their award-winning projects like Manhattan, Montreal Business Center, Boston, and Amar Westview. Jay is still an active Director of INC Developers.
Excited by the challenge to professionalize Real Estate Brokerage, Consultancy, and Agency Services in India, Jay decided to start Pune City Realty (PCRE Team), a boutique Real Estate Consultancy Firm. With its network of the Best Builders and top Brokers and armed with cutting-edge technology and a highly educated team of Real Estate Professionals, PCRE Team provides its clients a professional and result in oriented service unmatched in Pune.
Jay holds a Business Degree from Santa Clara University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with academic honors.
Mr. Avinash Jambavalikar
Sales Manager (Pune) at PCRE
Avinash Jambavalikar holds an MBA from Mumbai University with more than 15 years of experience in the Real Estate, Finance, and Engineering Industries.
He has extensive sales and marketing and negotiating experience and knows how to successfully manage the transaction to closure. Avinash has worked with many reputed corporate houses like the Aditya Birla Group, Tata Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji Group.
In 2017, he relocated to Pune and is now heading the brokerage business of PCRE Realty. He is working under the able guidance of Mr. Kinra and is focused on making PCRE Realty the premier Real Estate Brokerage in Pune.
Ms. Masume Alikhan
Sales Manager (Mumbai) at PCRE
Masume Alikhan holds a degree in Visual Communications from Bombay University and an accelerated design program at The School of Visual Arts, New York.
She has lived in Bombay, New York, Melbourne, and Atlanta and brings her experience of working with multi-cultures across geographies to the real estate business.
